Olden 1772 was established when Gürol Yiğar and Alper Karavar saw the courtyard during the restoration process of Muhsinoğlu Han and were very impressed. The place offers its guests flavors that fit the historical texture where you can go deeper into Istanbul.

For those of you who like to start the day with a delicious breakfast, the Olden Breakfast offers a lot of different flavors together. In addition to milk jam, tomatoes, cheese, olives, eggslut mushrooms, eggslut avocado, eggslut bacon and eggslut smoked salmon are among the options that can be preferred for breakfast.

Cold appetizers, snacks, hors d’oeuvres, entrees and salads are accompanied by red and white meats and seafood for lunch and dinner. Olden Carpaccio, Goat Payniri & Beetroot, Pickled Beech, Shrimp Tartare and Sea Bass Ceviche are on the menu for starters, while traditional flavors of Anatolian cuisine such as Hummus, Noodles, Manti and Sarma add a rich touch to the gastronomy.
