Formerly known as Scappi ex Equinox Swiss, Scappi is located within Swissôtel Büyük Efes Izmir and was inspired by chef Bartolomeo Scappi. Erkan Özdemir is the restaurant’s Executive Chef, where he interprets traditional flavors of select Italian dishes with modern touches. The menu includes risotto, pasta, and pizza varieties with the freshest ingredients. Meat dishes and desserts are created following the original recipes.
