Nappo’s pizza dough is prepared following the authentic Neapolitan fermentation and resting techniques. The pizzas are topped with geographically marked San Marzano and Roma tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese is produced freshly by artisanal Turkish cheesemakers. Additionally, the cold-pressed olive oil used in almost all dishes comes from the Ayvalık region. Apart from pizza, Nappo Pizza has a wide selection of drinks on its menu as well as many signature flavors including soups, main courses, pastas, burgers, and salads.
