The Culinary Arts Center (CAC) has a mission to preserve the unique and authentic cuisine of Gaziantep, a city that is part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network of Gastronomy, for future generations. Executive Chef Doğa Çitçi is in the kitchen, using products from the Gaziantep region, including those with geographical indications, to prepare local dishes for his guests. There are several menus that feature “constant dishes”, “classical stew-type dishes”, kebabs, and desserts, as well as weekly changing menus, all of which provide an unforgettable dining experience with the flavors of Gaziantep.
