Hamdi Arpacı started his restaurant adventure with a small mobile grill located in the busy commercial district of Eminönü. Over time the stall turned into a restaurant that attracted many local and international guests. The restaurant uses authentic recipes and techniques to create its uniquely delicious kebabs from the Southeast region of Turkey which are offered to guests accompanied by the breathtaking view of the Golden Horn.
