Every shortlist for the Gault&Millau UAE Gala 2023 awards ceremony can now be revealed. The second-annual awards are an essential part of the Gala, which will take place on Thursday April 27 at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. There are 12 categories in the awards segment of the event, split evenly into People and Venue sections. This year, a new category has been added to recognise the restaurant with the best Champagne Offering of the Year.
Their release follows the reveal of all 134 restaurants to be included in the 2023 guide. The Gala ceremony in April will also announce the Gault&Millau UAE ratings for each of those restaurants. During the exclusive event, there will be a specially curated menu for guests, alongside paired fine wines.
