The concept of Sade Beş Denizler Mutfağı can be defined as a restaurant that stands out with modern interpretations of local Anatolian cuisine. The restaurant is located on the streets of Akkavak in Nişantaşı and brings the richness of the five seas geography to its tables. Under the leadership of Chef Deniz Şahin, they aim to keep Anatolia’s thousands of years of culinary tradition alive in modern culinary conditions.

   

Serving the flavors of the geography surrounded by the Black Sea, Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf, Red Sea and Mediterranean Sea, the restaurant blends traditional Anatolian dishes with original recipes. In particular, the ingredients used are specially sourced from various regions of Anatolia and pickles prepared with traditional preservation techniques are served with special spice mixtures.

The atmosphere of the place is calm, minimal but with a striking design. The restaurant offers both a la carte and takeaway options and organizes acoustic live music events on certain days of the week. They also operate as a school for Anatolian folk cuisine.
