Combining Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, chef Burçak Kazdal serves a comprehensive food menu and an extensive drinks list. The menu is prepared seasonally at Apartıman Yeniköy, where seasonality and locality are paramount. Although most of the ingredients are sourced from their farms, they also procure ingredients from local and small producers. Many products, including bread and sauces, are prepared in their kitchen.
