Güzelburç Antakya is one of the representatives of Hatay cuisine in İstanbul, serving dishes made with products entirely supplied by local producers of Antakya. The ingredients used in the kitchen, such as meat, thyme, olives, Antakya’s “sıkma” cheese, pomegranate molasses, and olive oil, are supplied from Antakya. Offering a wide range of dishes from Babagannuş to “sini” kebab (minced lamb with vegetables), Ali Nazik (minced lamb on yogurt and smoked eggplant) to Antakya desserts, Güzelburç Antakya is one of the best representatives of that region.
