Hodan, a chef restaurant, its name comes from a local plant meaning blue borage in English. Located close to Cezayir Street, the restaurant impresses its guests with its unique dishes served by a professional and friendly team. Hodan’s ambiance is impressive. It is like an oasis in the heart of Beyoğlu with its large and beautiful garden. Fava bean chip served as an amuse-bouche is delightful. Brie cheese with karakovan honeycomb and almonds is the first item on the menu which features seasonal, local, and unique foods and drinks. Another dish that embodies the same qualities is the içli köfte (fried meatballs in a bulgur shell) served with yogurt, hot oil, and pistachios which impresses the guests with its taste and execution. In general, the presentation and the refined execution of the dishes equally appeal to the eye and the palates. The wine list at Hodan includes wines from independent wine producers, especially featuring local wines.
