Located in Çiftehavuzlar, one of İstanbul’s popular districts, Basta! Neo Bistro is located on the main street, making it very accessible. The restaurant which is owned and operated by two chefs is decorated with a typical bistro concept. The dishes reflect the creative thought process that goes into preparing them. As the word ‘neo’ implies, the dishes here are prepared using new techniques and presentations which is apparent in the beef brains dish for example. The use of a creative technique and combination of salsa sauce and Urfa peppers in this dish creates an umami taste that makes it a favorite among the guests. Another favorite is the tomato gazpacho & raw shrimp; made from high-quality fresh ingredients, this dish offers a taste that will be remembered. The wine list features authentic wines from independent winemakers.
