Banyan Restaurant, established in 2003, was the first Asian fusion restaurant in Turkey. It is located in Ortaköy, one of Istanbul’s most beautiful seaside districts, and is known for its unique cuisine and breathtaking view. The chef uses locally sourced, geographicallyindicated, and heirloom produce to create Turkish-inspired dishes. All signature cocktails are crafted by award-winning bartender Ersin Hamamcıoğlu and his team. The drinks are inspired by local products and Turkish flavors and have been created through extensive research and experimentation.
